Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure we can accommodate all clients efficiently, please review our cancellation policy below: Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% charge of the service fee. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee and may require prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a late fee of $15 may apply. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will be charged. Emergency Cancellations We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options. Refunds & Deposits Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if canceled within the allowed timeframe. (24hrs ) Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
